2025 Harv & Marv's Outback Alaska Video & Photo Contest
Contest Term:
All 2025 Harv & Marv’s Outback Alaska Video & Photo Contest photographs must be taken between April 14th 2025 – Oct 31st, 2025.
Who May Enter:
Must be over 18 to enter. Employees of Harv & Marv’s Outback Alaska and their immediate family members are not eligible. Submissions must be posted no later than October 31st, 2025. By submitting a photo or video, each entrant agrees to the Official Contest Rules and warrants that their entry complies with all requirements set out in the Official Contest Rules. Submissions may be posted at any time during the entry period.
Details For Entry:
There are multiple ways to enter! You can send your video or photo to [email protected] or tag us in your post on Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok. There is no limit to the number of submissions one entrant can submit, but there is a limit of one prize per person. Photos may be in color or black and white with a minimum resolution requirement of 120dpi. Videos must be a minimum resolution of 1080p to be qualified as entries.
Contest Prizes:
A third place prize, a runner-up prize and a grand prize will be awarded. Limit one prize per entrant. Prizes awarded are as follows:
Grand Prize = $600.00 USD
Runner-Up Prize = $300.00 USD
Third Place Prize = $150.00 USD
Terms and Conditions:
Winners are required to sign and return within ten (10) days a W-9 IRS Form for tax purposes. Failure to execute and deliver any required documents to Harv & Marv’s Outback Alaska by the specified deadline may result in disqualification from the contest, and selection of an alternate potential winner
Judging:
Harv & Marv’s Outback Alaska will judge collective submissions and select a grand prize winner, a runner up and third place award based on the following criteria: (1) Creativity; (2) Photographic Quality; and (3) Representation of the tour experience. Winners will be chosen before the conclusion of each calendar year and notified by phone and/or email. Decisions are solely at the discretion of Harv & Marv’s Outback Alaska and are final and binding.
Limitation of Liability:
By entering this contest, all entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Harv & Marv’s Outback Alaska, its agents, employees, directors, and representatives from any claims, losses, and damages arising out of their participation in this contest or any contest-related activities and the acceptance and use, misuse, or possession of any prize awarded here under. Harv & Marv’s Outback Alaska assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, or delay or any combination thereof, as related to this contest. By entering this contest, the entrant hereby grants to Harv & Marv’s Outback Alaska a nonexclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free license to reproduce, distribute and publicly display the photographs submitted to Harv & Marv’s Outback Alaska; with the right to use your name, ship name, tour choice and photographs in any online promotions and/or print publications.
Data Privacy:
Entrants agree that only their name may be processed, shared, and otherwise used solely for the purposes within the context of the contest and any other promotional purposes as outlined in these Official Photo Contest Rules. Any other personal data will remain confidential and not used for any purpose other than notification of a prize award.
